      Proved April 3, 1795. I guess you know who this is....my "other" ancestor: concerning the debts which I owe yet to Jacob Hoffner....
      Item: I give and bequeath unto Anna Mary the widow of my son Jacob, deceased that cow and heifer and calf which was already allowed unto her and further my will is that my son Daniel shall keep a cow in fodder two winters for said Anna Mary, and further I give and bequeath unto said Anna Mary the sum of fifty pounds good and lawful money to be paid to her instead of my son Jacob according to the succession of my children's ages and in two twenty-five pound gails and further said Anna Mary shall have fifty pounds of hemp from the crake.
      Item: I give and bequeath unto my son Daniel my house, clock and case, and then all the rest of my house goods and movables I give and bequeath unto my two sons Daniel and Peter to whom I have conveyed my two plantations.
      (and concerning my eldest (NOTE) son John, I reckon him to be paid off in full for his share of my estate both real and personal, and with the land that I conveyed to him already),
      and further my will is that each of my daughters shall have the sum of one hundred pounds of good and lawful moneys in full for their share which shall be paid to them in twenty-five pound gails the beginning to be made on the eldest and then according to age...
      ...shall fall to my son Jacob, his widow Anna Mary shall then draw her share in manner aforesaid, and further I order that as long as my son has to pay to Jacob Hoffner so long every year shall the sum of twenty-five pounds be paid to my daughters in manner aforesaid, and after Jacob Hoffner's bonds shall once be paid and discharged then shall alway two of my daughters receive Then twenty-five pounds gails in a year and if once each of my daughters has received her one hundred pounds in full and if a remainder should then be, it shall be equally divided between all my daughters.
