      !His obituary in the "Centre Daily Times" of 28 Jan 1995 read: "Harry James Hockenberry, 60, of 1718 N. Atherton St., State College, died Thursday, Jan. 26, 1995, at Centre Community Hospital. He was born Jan. 22, 1935, in Spring Township, a son of the late Harry and Orvilla Stover Hockenberry. On Nov. 6, 1964, he married Alice Aikey, who survives. Mr. Hockenberry was a truck driver for the Cannery Store in Centre Hall until his retirement in 1987. He was a member of the Logan Fire Company, Bellefonte, and the Pleasant View Chapel, Pleasant View. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sisters, Betty Rutherford of Sharon, Tressa Aquilino of State College and Evajean Burnett of Ohio; and six brothers, Leroy, Eugene, Malcolm and Edward Hockenberry, all of Bellefonte, Ward Hockenberry of Williamsport, and Lee Hockenberry of Aaronsburg. Friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Wetzler Funeral Home, Bellefonte. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Bradley S. Dixon of Bellefonte officiating. Burial will be at Schencks Cemetery, Howard Township. Memorial contributions may be made to Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Pa. 17821."
